Year Here is a postgraduate leadership programme that challenges Britain’s brightest talents to a year of tackling society’s toughest problems.

Those who are selected to take part become Year Here fellows, volunteering at the frontline of Britain’s social sector, taking part in a programme of training and work experience, and flexing their entrepreneurial muscles.

Once they have built relationships with marginalised people of all backgrounds, tried their hand at developing entrepreneurial solutions to society’s toughest challenges and begun to develop sophisticated professional skills, they will go on to lead social change from all parts of society.

The first fellowship took place between March and August 2013, and the second kicked off in March 2014.
