NeuroResponse is a new model of telecare for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Using telephone, video and e-mail it aims to improve the ability of patients to manage their condition.

Multiple Sclerosis patients often require rapid responses from specialist clinicians to help them deal with their condition, but travel can be particularly traumatic because of the pain and severe fatigue patients suffer. NeuroResponse offers a service that reduces patient anxiety and resolves issues much faster. This is achieved by supporting patients to self-manage aspects of their condition and therefore significantly reduce hospital visits.

Neuroresponse is an independent venture from the the University College London Hospitals NHS Trust supported by the Young Foundation and received investment from our Health Launchpad Fund
