Zoe Dibb

Principal Researcher Team: Research

Zoe is tasked with strengthening our research approaches and building on The Young Foundation’s rich experience of working with peer researchers. She oversees a portfolio of projects that integrate ethnographic, participatory and digital research approaches.

Zoe has an interest in digital research, evaluation methods, experience of designing and implementing SMS and data-based real time monitoring systems. In her previous role, she headed up the global TEGA research team at Girl Effect, training and supporting over 300 young female researchers in Africa, Asia and the USA.

She also designed and co-authored a first of its kind qualitative research study with young people in 25 countries, Real Lives, Real Girls, Connected.

Prior to this, Zoe worked for a number of NGOs including Save the Children, Theatre for a Change in Malawi and Health Poverty Action, as well as the Arts Council, where she worked closely with local authorities in the South East to leverage funding and support for arts and creative industries in communities.
