Ang is Peer Research Lead and joined The Young Foundation in 2021 after leading on research and evaluation at Fulfilling Lives Newcastle Gateshead. Ang has led on research and evaluation for a number of voluntary sector organisations and funders, often around advocacy, and health and social care. She is passionate about tapping into the assets and capabilities of people in our communities, partnering with them on peer research projects to uncover new insights. Ang has a volunteer parental mental health peer support role in her local community and, in her free time, she enjoys walking Tyneside and Northumberland’s beautiful beaches.
