Anshu joined Shell Foundation in 2018 as a business advisor. She is part of the programme team, where she manages and supports a portfolio of companies whose business solutions enhance access to energy and affordable transportation to low-income communities in Africa.

Glenys was chief executive of The Young Foundation, 2015 to 2017, and continues to support our work. She had a career in the voluntary, co-operative and private sectors, and then worked within the Labour Party, becoming shadow health minister in 2010 and later women and equalities shadow minister.
