With twenty years’ experience working on social justice issues, Alveena is co-founder and director of One Million Mentors, working with technology to transform the process of mentoring for all.
Amanda Levete
Founder and Principal, AL_A
Amanda is a RIBA Stirling Prize-winning architect, and founder and principal of AL_A, an international award-winning design and architecture studio. For over a decade, she was a trustee at The Young Foundation and at Artangel. She is a regular broadcaster, writer, and lecturer.
Amelia Clayton
Research Officer
After completing her masters in sociology, Amelia joined The Young Foundation as a research officer. Amelia has a passion for uplifting marginalised voices, especially disabled and chronically ill voices. She is also interested in research into role-playing games, and in fringe subcultures.

Ang has led on research and evaluation for voluntary sector organisations and funders, often around advocacy, and health and social care. She is passionate about tapping into the assets and capabilities of people in our communities, and partnering with them on peer research projects to uncover new insights.
