About the programme

The 2024 celebration event

The Peer Action Collective empowers young people across England and Wales to take charge and create safer communities by tackling the root causes of youth violence. In December 2024, we came together to share stories, experiences and action plans for a safer and more supportive future. Hear from some of the youth voices at the heart of this programme.

By supporting young people to participate in meaningful change in their communities, Peer Action Collective’s youth-led approach has already shown huge potential to reduce experiences of violence and shape a fairer future. I am genuinely excited about what might be achieved and the power of younger people to effect the change they want to see in the world around them.”
