We are looking for enterprises with promising solutions that aim to address challenges such as affordability, access, quality and security of tenure. Charities, social enterprises, commercial enterprises, voluntary organisations, campaigns and community groups are all welcome to apply, but participants will need to share an ambition to grow their enterprises, help improve the sector and reach many more struggling renters.
Find out more about the fantastic initiatives we’ve worked with to date.
The programme is free for participants and offers fortnightly workshops for six months, consultancy and access to expert advisors, providing them with:
- The knowledge needed to strengthen their business models
- The ability to demonstrate their social impact
- The skills to grow their capacity to scale.
- Access to grant funders and social investors.
While the programme is open to applicants from across the country, please note that the fortnightly sessions will be held in London. You would need to cover the cost of any transport/ accommodation requirements during the course of your participation, though we may be able to provide some financial assistance if attending would cause hardship.
Radhika Bynon, Programme Lead for Reimagining Rent said:
“We know that there are many initiatives working hard to tackle the huge challenges in the private rented sector. This is a great opportunity for them to receive a comprehensive package of support that will help them to grow their enterprises, including expertise in scaling innovations, powerful peer learning networks and access to investors and funders. We are delighted to be offering this support as the need for change in the private rented sector is urgent, especially for those who are vulnerable and on low incomes.”
