Kieran works to support local authorities, communities, and the private sector to create better places. As an Innovation Practitioner he’s driven to empower people beyond their comfort zones and enjoys problem-solving.
Laetitia Lucy
Social Impact Lead
Laetitia Lucy joined the Young Foundation in 2024 after working as a Social and Economic Impact Consultant at Arup. She is passionate about empowering people to improve their lives, and leveraging investment to create lasting social and economic impact in the most deprived neighbourhoods.
Leonie Taylor
Senior Researcher
Leonie joined The Young Foundation in 2023, and is passionate about using ethical research to address health inequalities. She is a social researcher with a background in migration studies and gender equity. Leonie’s international experience in Sierra Leone and Greece has informed her research design.
Lily Owens-Crossman
Senior Researcher
Lily is passionate about engaging communities in research to drive social change and exploring the most effective and valuable ways to do so from participant perspectives. Her background is in research focused on migration and children and young people, and she has an MRes in Global Migrations and Social Justice.

A dedicated professional with extensive experience in executive coordination and compliance, Marwa is skilled in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Passionate about supporting leadership and team success, Marwa is excited to contribute her expertise to The Young Foundation’s growth.
Philip Mullen
Senior Research Manager
Previously a Research Manager for Revolving Doors and Toynbee Hall, Philip is passionate about using research to address health inequalities and social justice. Managing peer research projects, he has supported diverse groups of people to co-design, conduct, analyse and present timely and ethical research to achieve real-world policy impact.
Rachael McNiven
Interim Communications and Design Officer
Rachael delivers creative design solutions, impactful visual communications, multimedia, and social media content. Passionate about supporting organisations working towards social justice, sustainability, and better-connected communities, she has worked for a variety of charities, not-for-profits and academic clients.
Rose Mosse
Associate
Co-creating collaborative, generative and transformational experiences, Rose is fascinated by systems and making sense of them. She has an MSc in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability, is a fellow in Social Innovation, and a student of Process-Oriented Psychology.
Ruth Stables
Innovation Practitioner
Ruth has a passion for working with people to create meaningful and positive change. Having previously worked as a Youth Engagement Performance Manager with the English Football League Trust, she brings more than eight years’ experience in youth development and social action.
Samanthi Theminimulle
Senior Researcher
Samanthi is interested in participatory research methods, inclusion and accessibility. In addition to her role at the Institute for Community Studies, she is is a facilitator with Civic Square and Enrol Yourself, and a trustee for the community land trust, RUSS.

Supporting social media and communications activity at The Young Foundation since 2020, Sarah has extensive experience driving reputation and reach for a diverse range of charitable organisations and companies.

Sean provides the supporting infrastructure to ensure quality delivery of our work and mission. He is passionate about developing strong teams, solving complex problems, and using data and technology to improve decision-making and maximise impact.
