Social Impact Lead
Laetitia joined the Young Foundation in 2024 after seven years as a Social and
Economic Impact Consultant at Arup. She is passionate about empowering people to
improve their lives, and leveraging investment to create lasting social and economic impact
in the most deprived neighbourhoods.
A social scientist, her work involves creating social impact visions and strategies, establishing corporate-level social impact reporting frameworks, assessing projects and policies against social value objectives, writing social impact statements, and using mixed methodologies to measure and evaluate the impact of investment on communities.
Outside of work, Laetitia is a leader of a ‘Rainbows’ Girl Guiding unit in South London, and enjoys travelling, cooking for friends and swims regularly.
