Jonathan joined The Young Foundation in 2024 after extensive cross-sector experience as a consultant, leading projects across the innovation space. He is skilled in tackling complex open-ended challenges that require a blend of strategic thinking, practical action, and testing. Jonathan believes in the importance of enjoyment for effective participation, and is an enthusiastic advocate for the role of ‘play’ in creativity and collaborative problem-solving.
