Senior Innovation Practitioner
Gary is an experienced project, programme and grant manager specialising in social innovation. As Senior Innovation Practitioner he leads on the organisation’s grant management processes.
Joining The Young Foundation in 2023, Gary previously worked with Elrha’s Humanitarian Innovation Fund and Nesta’s Challenge Works, designing and delivering grant funding programmes across national and international portfolios.
Gary is a Fellow with the Churchill Fellowship, through which he has carried out international research on inclusive engagement in social innovation and social entrepreneurship. He holds certificates in design thinking, innovation management, innovation strategy and community organising, as well as an MA in public administration and public policy.
