Social Innovation Programme Manager
Jen Clayton is a Social Innovation Programme Manager for The Young Foundation, joining in May 2021.
Coming from a background mainly in designing and delivering support and scaling initiatives for social innovators and entrepreneurs, Jen has held many integral roles in grant management delivery, challenge prize design, and business mentor brokering at UnLtd and Nesta. She is a problem-solver, from the complex timeline to the fascinating challenge of trouble-shooting a particular and tricky issue with a social innovator.
Jen lives in Cornwall and finds much joy in sifting for sea glass and supporting the many pasty shops.
