Organisation
Since then, EYST has expanded its mission and vision to also meet the needs of Black, Asian and minority ethnic young people, families and individuals – including refugees and asylum-seekers living in Wales – to participate, integrate and be valued members of Welsh society.
EYST Wales works closely with Race Alliance Wales (RAW), an initiative that aims to act as a collaborative and self-directed platform for individuals and organisations interested in achieving race equality in Wales.
EYST Wales and RAW worked collaboratively to produce multiple peer-led research reports, including ‘Show us you care: exploring the cumulative impact of racism upon racialised young people in Wales’.
