Innovation Practitoner
Kieran joined The Young Foundation in 2024 after working for five years at the charity Design South East supporting local authorities, communities and the private sector to come together to make better places.
As an Innovation Practitioner, Kieran is motivated and inspired by the amazing things people can do when empowered to go beyond their comfort zones. He enjoys facilitating, solving problems, and listening to other people’s stories.
Kieran is from Ilford and lives in Deptford but has also resided in Leeds, Brussels, Vienna, Copenhagen, Madrid, Dakar and Pontarlier. Outside work, he enjoys slow cycle rides and has been a season ticket holder at Leyton Orient Football Club since he was nine years old, where he enjoys the sense of community and sometimes the results.
