Mandeep is a Programme Leader and is responsible for the Young Foundation’s Housing and Communities Practice. At the moment he manages the Building Local Activism programme and the Local 2.0 project.
At The Young Foundation, he has worked on the Neighbourhood Action Network, Local Wellbeing Project, tackling entrenched deprivation on small housing estates, and Supporting Local Social Enterprise.
Mandeep has has a background in community development and neighbourhood renewal. He holds a Masters in Regeneration Studies from Cardiff University.
