Finance Services and Business Support Manager
A key member of the Finance and Corporate Resources team, Felicia manages our payables and receivables, payroll and pensions, and provides budget support and analysis to project managers. She also leads on corporate resourcing, and supports colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth operation of The Young Foundation on a day-to-day basis.
Joining in 2009 from OC&C Strategy Consultants, Felicia is passionate about our organisation, and a gifted communicator, with expertise in operations, policy development and implementation, change management and frontline service delivery for the private, public, and charity and not-for-profit sectors. She is a Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) in Management and Leadership, working towards full Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute.
Outside of work, Felicia is a volunteer Youth Worker at Springfield Club for Young People. Deeply motivated by the desire to help others, she is passionate about working with young people and tries to connect this with the principles of empowerment and encouragement. She is an avid sports enthusiast and a qualified Football Coach. She also loves photography and travel.
